Set up Vale

1. Install Vale.
2. Install mdx2vast.
3. Grab the interledger/docs-styleguide project from GitHub. If you already have it, get the latest version.
4. Install the Vale VS Code extension by Chris Chinchilla.
5. In the extension settings, set the Vale › Vale CLI: Config path to your: /local_path_to/docs-styleguide/.vale.ini.
